As most of you know, George has taken part on the “Rockers” hockey team for the Juno Cup many times before and this year is no exception. He will be playing as his usual number #66 along with Jim Cuddy, Great Big Sea, Billy Talent, Wintersleep, Digging Roots, Great Lake Swimmers and many other celebs on Friday, April 16th, 7:30 pm at Jack Bryne Arena, St. John’s, Newfoundland! Come see the “Rockers” vs NHL Greats. Tickets are $24.99 and are available for purchase at www.admission.com, with all proceeds supporting MusiCounts, Canada’s music education charity, dedicated to providing musical instruments to schools across the country.
On Saturday, April 17th, George along with Johnny Reid, Terri Clark and The Road Hammers will be signing autographs between 2 pm and 3 pm at The Village Shopping Centre, 430 Topsail Road in St. John’s at Juno Fan Fare.
