GeorgeCanyon.com offers the most exciting selection of George Canyon merchandise available anywhere on the web. When you make a purchase, you will not be charged until your order actually ships.

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.

 

Ordering Process

Click on "Add to Cart" for the item you wish to purchase. You will then be brought to a screen that shows all the items in your shopping cart. If you wish to add more items click on "Continue shopping".

When you have finished placing items in your cart, click on "Checkout". This is located on the shopping cart screen.

You will then need to answer a few questions pertaining to your shipping and billing information.

After you have finished these steps, your order will process. Shortly after you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Sales Tax

Goods and Services Tax and Provincial Sales Tax will be charged depending on applicables taxes in your region.

 

Availability

As a rule of thumb, Reiny Dawg Limited products are always in stock. From time to time, however, we may experience a surge of purchases for a particular item, which causes the item to be placed on backorder. If the product you wish to purchase isn't available, we will notify you by email within 48 hours after your order is placed and let you know when you can expect it. Reiny Dawg Limited makes every effort to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. Once the product is back in stock, it ships immediately to you.

 

Order and Delivery Information

To determine when you will receive your order within Canada or the United States, factor in the following:

   1. Add 1-2 days after you place your order to assume the ship date.

   2. Add 28 business days to the date to estimate when your merchandise will arrive.

 

Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, merchandise may be exchanged only!

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

    * Items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and accessories

    * Music merchandise (CDs) must be unopened

    * Digital downloads are non-refundable

Naturally, we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from georgecanyon.com. All shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

The 1-2-3 Return Process

Just follow the 3 easy steps below:

   1. On your packing slip, please write the reason for your return.

   2. Wrap the merchandise securely and box it with the packing slip.

   3. Affix the return label from the front of your packing slip on the package and ship to the address indicated on the label.

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper.

 

Damaged or Exchanges Items

We're sorry, we are not able to process exchanges online. Please contact us via phone or email. Exchanges originating from and shipping to Canadian or United States addresses are usually delivered within 3-4 weeks from time you put the exchange in the mail, as long as the product is available. If an item is on back order, delivery may be delayed until product is available. If an item is discontinued you will be notified via email by our Customer Service Department. Product must be sent with original packaging. For damaged items please contact our Customer Care Center. A replacement will be sent if available, if not a refund will be processed.

Refunds

Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via email of your refund. If the return is due to our error, Reiny Dawg Limited will refund the entire cost of the original order including shipping.
